Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the www.ramonaplumbing.com website or engaging the plumbing services provided by Ramona Plumbing ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing our website or authorizing us to perform plumbing services at your property, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
We provide written estimates for all plumbing work before services commence. An estimate is a good-faith calculation of the expected cost based on our initial visual inspection. However, hidden damage or complications (such as severe pipe corrosion behind walls) discovered during the repair process may require a revised estimate. We will never proceed with additional costly work without your explicit approval.
Ramona Plumbing warranties our direct labor and workmanship for the period specified on your final invoice. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repair. It does not cover parts or fixtures provided by the customer, nor does it cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, acts of nature, subsequent alterations, or abuse of the plumbing system. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts and equipment installed.
When required by San Diego County or other applicable local jurisdictions, we will pull necessary permits for the plumbing work performed. The cost of these permits will be included in your estimate or invoice. We perform all work in accordance with current California plumbing codes.
While we take every precaution to protect your property during service, Ramona Plumbing shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not nil to water damage, structural damage, or loss of use, unless directly caused by our gross negligence. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
